Hi!

Recently I bought a 3.5" floppy drive B for my good CPC, but it has the Ready signal constantly set ON, which is a real pain for the software I use. I can see that because the two last wires on the flat cable are soldered to each other.

The floppy is an Alps DF354H168G drive. I couldn't find any data sheet in the net.

How can I activate it's Ready signal? Does it have one at all?

Any help is appreciated.
