Hi All,

After performing the mp3 mod, I got to thinking, whats the point of having a cassette deck at all. I don't have to press play to load games so I came up with this idea.

So before you lot shoot me its just a pock up

I think this has been discussed before. If it could be done in a seamless way and IF there were infinite quantities of 464s floating about I'd consider doing one...

Please, why don't you just cut some Speccy+2 instead !!!

so they can regain their natural form...

pacomix

Long life to the speccy!!! I was thinking about using a 3D printer to print a custom case... but I've no idea how expensive it could be...

It was just a google image, nothing to do with me

MacDeath

so it is not chopping the 472 but shopping the 472....  ;D

Bryce

I don't like the idea of chopping any retro computer that much, because it's near to impossible to make it look good. How about installing the MP3 player where the tape circuitry is/was and using the real tape play/stop etc to control it?

Bryce.

awaiting for the dude who will cut a very rare CPC664 and get stalked to death by the CPC community...
