Gotek/HXC can read CPR files?

Hi!
I'm wondering if the HXC can read .CPR roms from GX/CPC+ ?
Or it is only HFE? (R/W)

HFE only. What would be the point it reading a Cartridge on a floppy drive emulator. It's never gonna be able to play on a CPC anyway.

CPR files are cartridge images, HxC and Gotek definitely can't load these.

Anyway the old range not have the hardware to control cartridge pages embebbed in the asic.

So is impossible it work in the old range.
