I have replaced the power socket and completed a track repair for Shaun. However I cannot test it as I cannot find a pinout for the tape/power/led connector to power it on.

Any ideas, is it the same as the cost down?

I think the info you require is in the Amendment Service Manual.
I think its Page 9

Hmmm that references the power switch on the tape board. Does this mean I cannot jumper it since I only have the cpc464 pcb.

The pin nearest the back of the CPC needs to be shorted with the 3rd from the back to power the 464. They are quite obvious because the tracks to these pins are much wider. Try not to let the bridge touch the pin between otherwise sparks may fly :)
