Using Plus monitor on Original CPC6128

I got informed by my trusty friend Novabug that someone on here made him custom leads that allowed the use of a Plus monitor on a ordinary 464 but forgot to tell me who did them.
I was wondering if the person who did them remembers doing so and if so, could they make me a set please? Many thanks in advance.

I made a set for my own machines. But I did not make any for anyone else.
