If you have an M4X, then you don't need the CPC 464 expansion port connector. Otherwise, it is required for the CPC 464. 

The price will depend on the number of people interested. Notice that Emic 2 is 60$, 30 $ shipping cost to Europe... the whole thing will probably be in the 130 $ - 160 $ range. Rough estimate. The CPC 464 expansion port connector will add another 20 to 30 $ or so.
