This mentality of "it's boxed, so it's worth three times the price" needs to end. Sadly that's only going to happen when people stop being fucking stupid and paying it!
Currently playing on: 2xCPC464, 1xCPC6128, 1x464Plus, 1x6128Plus, 2xGX4000. M4 board, ZMem 1MB and still forever playing Bruce Lee.
No cheats, snapshots or emulation. I play my games as they're intended to be played. What about you?

"Boxed" but the keyboard has gone quite orange so that's been in the sun just as much as the monitor was!

As I was saying in #amiga-ie tonight.... I don't get the whole want it boxed thing at all. I want to use and protect my machines. A storage box from ikea looks better than tatty 30 year old cardboard. Offers better protection than 30 year old cardboard and allows me to quickly swap machines around (or if the wife is away, set them all up at once)

Yeah its crazy, boxed is only a small bonus really if you are selling something box fresh and the whole package is like new.  Having a box for a well used and aged item doesn't make it anymore valuable like what feck use is a box for a computer. I've got a box wow how useful, i can put that in my loft.

If it is amazing is worth it, no doubt. Even the yellowing in the keyboard awes me.

I wonder how much amazingness they manage to fit in that big box.

My 464 came boxed. Box went straight in the bin. 30 years old, tatty, the damp had been at it and Amstrad never put the original CPC's in nice boxes anyway. Cheap and functional brown cardboard.

Quite unlike what they did with the Speccy and the later Plus machines both of which got really nice boxes. The black +3 box was lovely!

Indiana jones and the  temple of doom is not published by u.s gold?.

So what this?. I don't view this tape in cpc power.

https://m.ebay.es/itm/Indiana-Jones-And-The-Temple-by-Kixx-for-Amstrad-CPC-/332350227773?hash=item4d619e053d%3Ag%3A3wkAAOSw0jFZmLHt&_trkparms=pageci%253A7d4004be-9807-11e7-abe7-74dbd1803bc6%257Cparentrq%253A7826c03715e0ab644f9727d7ffe8a486%257Ciid%253A25

But it was. US Gold had the publishing for Indiana Jones & The Temple Of Doom in '87, they had a few Atari/Namco licences from around that period of time, including Gauntlet, 720 degrees and Metrocross.
It also featured on US Gold's compilation, Winners in 1990, and then found it's way onto the Kixx budget label shortly after.

Erbe handled the publishing in Spain though, so you may be getting your wires crossed there.  :)
Currently playing on: 2xCPC464, 1xCPC6128, 1x464Plus, 1x6128Plus, 2xGX4000. M4 board, ZMem 1MB and still forever playing Bruce Lee.

The Amstrad magazines sold for £52.05 which shows some good interest in our machine. :)

I think this means about £1 for each magazine. Very cheap in my opinion

One would have to be desperate to pay that,  what makes the seller think it is so valuable?

It's counterproductive (or won't work at all) to set high fixed price or starting bids. I tried that very often and never succeeded. You should IMHO start at 1,00 € (no risk no fun) or use a high fixed price and enable price offers.

Good luck
