Uploading images to forum gives me an error

 Hi,


I did not find a suitable category for this post. Sorry if posted in wrong category.


I get the following error when trying to upload images to the forum.

An Error Has Occurred!
Your attachment has failed security checks and cannot be uploaded. Please consult the forum
administrator.

I have resized image to as small as 640x480, but still get the error. Is it a known bug?


EDIT: It looks like it is a known problem. Problems posting images on SMF 2.06

And yes, you found one of the many topics describing the issue Unfortunately it's a known issue, and the only work around is to possibly open your image and save it again using a different program... see if that works and let me know!

That did the trick. I'm a Krita user, but GIMP did the trick. Thanks.
