Anyhow, this is a nice makeover, and for regular CPC too! May I suggest you try magenta instead of (dark) red and tell us how it looks

You mean to make a better bridge between the RED (#06) and the DARK BLUE (#01), which is due to too few REDs in the palette?

(Also cleaned up a few #05 pixels around the "wall" area)

No, Miley Cyrus isn't one of the Olsen Twins She's the Daughter of Billy Ray Cyrus, the country singer (one hit wonder outside the U.S. with a terrible song called Achy Breaky Heart). She had her own show (for teen girls) called The Hannah Montana Show for quite a while and now she's peddling herself as a singer / actress and anything else they'll give her money to do (None of which she does very well).

There is a single cure for that... watch Boondock Saints I + II and have a couple of good ole Irish Whisky bottles near you. But you need at least one friend with you. It doesn't work it you try that recipe alone ;-)

No, actually I wanted to get a general idea on how it would look if the whole adaptation wasn't based on the "monochromatic-ish" (well, "8 shades of red and 8 shades of blue", in this example) result of the automated coloring/dithering process of the program you are using, but reworked to take advantage of the CPC palette.

So, you would just need to work the hair seperately and tone down the very vivid blue on the wall... and that's about it! The choise of colors I did is irrelevant, you may as well tone down her skin to a darker one, more like the original one. The reason to tone down the wall and bathtub here was to highlight the girl even more (ie, she is the more vivid thing in this pic, pure white is only on her skin), but that's just me, if someone wants a more highlighted background, he may have it. Other than that I've done a little work on her face (well, half her face) and hair around it to put some extra color on the lights and shadows (dark yellow and gray rather than dark red for the shadows, bright purple and green for the lights) and I also cropped her back a little as in the original photo her backside is looking somewhat weird.

Working seperately on the hair meant I could at all times try them in bright red color, blond, black-blue, green... you name it.  So with some work on the rest of the body and the hair, the result would look really better than the automated result, and most importantly, a lot more colorful. So, you see, you don't need the CPC+ palette, you just need to put a little more time on the image you tranfer
