What game am I remembering?

Hi guys,


I'm wracking my brains trying to remember the name of a game. You played as a spaceship (I think) that was defending barrels against enemies that dropped down the screen to collect the barrels and take them away.


The game was a multi-screen affair where the screen flipped as you reached the left and right sides. You could shoot the enemies and it was (I think) basically a game about how long you could defend the barrels before they were all gone (or you ran out of lives).


Does anyone remember this? It's driving me mad!

I found it, it's Spindrone!


I had to go through every game on the Wiki, checking the screenshots as I went, but at least I found it. I am now happy.

I'm pretty sure I remember this game now you mention it and that it was pretty good, must give it a try again.
