I was watching an old 1982 movie the other day called "The Sword and the Sorcerer" and kept thinking to myself, why am I hearing Mastertronic's Spellbound all the time while I am watching this?
So I checked the movie credits online afterwards, and sure enough the film music was by chip tune musician David Whitaker.

Does anyone know of any other incidences of 8-bit musicians turning up in other non-8-bit related ventures?

I believe that C64 legend, Reyn Ouwehand, has done some film work!

EDIT: Amiga legend, Jesper Kyd, has done loads of film and TV work! Also, a relatively unknown C64/Amiga music chap, called Ian Ford, has done a lot of EDM stuffz... (in that regard, you can add a load of web-labels to the list, too)
