Another new guy
« on: 18:15, 08 September 19 »
Hey everyone,
Another new member!
Based in North Yorkshire, UK.
I just fixed an eBay 'spares or repair' special (RAM fault) and now have a working 464.
My first was about 35 years ago with a green screen that I ended up giving to a mate who was addicted to laser squad and I'd moved over to Pc's.
Love these machines, one of the best Z80 based architectures going...

Well done getting the 464 working... I grew up with one of these... though i was blessed with the color version!

Great to hear you're back on the Amstrad... do you have any particular plans for it? there's some great new memory upgrades and disk emulators for the 464 these days!
