i've still got mine in my cellar...
i used to use it to record demos back in the 80's when i couldn't afford a real portastudio, having the ability to record directly from the record deck meant that (with careful use of the pause button) i could create loops of drum beats from vinyl that sounded way better than my drum machine, cos due to the insane cost of samplers at the time, there was no way i'd be using one at home... it's not the best sounding multitrack on the planet, but i used so much distortion on my guitars that you couldn't really tell...
