Mystery delivery - 6128 from Chiswick.

Hi all,
      today a dead 6128 PCB arrived in the post. The owner sent it with Parcel2go and comes from Chiswick in London. Unfortunately I don't know who it's from or even if the person is from this Forum. They didn't include an e-mail address or mention their online name. If they happen to be here, could they please send me a PM so I know who it's from.

It's not that I am forgetful or anything, they may have even contacted me a while back and said they'd send it, but I get a lot of hardware in the post for repair - To put it in perspective, I've received 19 devices to repair since Monday!! So I don't always remember a quick "can I send you this" PM.
