Just looking for some info.

What hardware is required to blow Rom images onto a Plus cart?
And, how much would this hardware cost?

Thanks,

Peter

I'm currently using an el-cheapo device. A TL866CS. Available on eBay.
This and some 27c1001 eeproms work great.

Any EPROM burner will do. I own a professional device, but I have heard good things about the TL866 and for the price you can hardly go wrong. So I second Chinnery's suggestion.

Ok, now I know what Comsoft is after, I am a little stuck as how to do this.
Essentially he wants roms such as utopia on the cartridge alongside parados.
I can get a cartridge to start into basic with parados, as (reading the wiki) the asic remaps roms 128 to 0 and 134 to 7 (ok, maths may be iffy..). Is there a way to get it to remap other roms, or initialise roms 128+? or is there another solution not involving a rombox?

Ask / PM Dragon, he made a cartridge file which contains ParaDOS, FutureOS, Symbos and CP/M ROMs (and expansion ROMs). The idea is to patch lowerROM, ROM 0 and 7 to initialize the other ROMs.  :)
http://futureos.de --> Get the revolutionary FutureOS (Update: 2023.11.30)
http://futureos.cpc-live.com/files/LambdaSpeak_RSX_by_TFM.zip --> Get the RSX-ROM for LambdaSpeak :-) (Updated: 2021.12.26)
