Ah, good old jerky software scrolling done via redrawing the entire playfield.  But at least it wasn't a straight Spectrum port.


But maybe a hardware scrolling version of this (or similar) would be quite neat to have - even if it was a little jerky still.

What do you mean? Scrolling is butter-smooth and the playing area is huge! I wonder how they did that!


The arcade, on the other hand... oh my god, I really laughed with that.

Yeah, it doesn't make any sense. It could pass as comical and it'd be hilarious indeed, but the game's premise is not that humorous.
