Caprice 2.7 for PalmOS
8 July 2010, 6:28 pm

Frederic Coste released a new version of his Amstrad CPC emulator for Palm OS. It requires an ARM processor, a colour display (320×320) and at least PalmOS 5.2. You can download the emulator and the sourcecode from the Caprice for PalmOS homepage.

Changes:

  • AMX Mouse simulation
  • West Phaser lightgun simulation fixed
  • Z80 simulation fixes
  • CPC simulation optimizations
  • Minor bugs fixes

Well why so complicated?
Install a X-Box emulator on it.
On this X-Box emulator keep a PS-III emulator running.
On the PS-III emulator install a x86 emulator.
Here you can install Windows and run your CPC emulator with it.

So why so complicated?

Now why didn't I think of that...

Oh, I know why... Cos CPC at 0.000000001fps isn't all that exciting :D

Great! And on this CPC emulator you install a Specci emulator, which is still faster than the original specci ;-)

More serious... @Gryzor: Thank's a lot for fixing the problem with the octoate-robot. You do a wonderfull job here and you made the CPC Wiki the biggest CPC-related project ever!!!
