Can I make a hit song on the C64?
« on: 01:18, 15 March 18 »
I know, let's convert the Commodore Music Maker into a sexy red thing with LED and potentiometers, then use it to record a brand new SID powered track!

"Can I make a hit song on the C64?"

Sure, just make your song and wait until some famous 'producer' steals your track *cough*Timbaland*cough*

I've never seen (or knew of the existence of) one of these C64 keyboard overlays. Why is it an overlay? Do the piano keys depress keyboard keys underneath and if not, why is it an overlay?

Yes, it's just a chunk of dumb plastic that makes the keyboard look like piano keys.

It's an overlay because of the way it is.

Gratuitous plug for the Amstrad conversion of the backing-track of Nelly Furtado's DO IT (produced by Timberland)

Correct! Certain YooToob users from USA and Germany "downvoted" all of my videos, so I deleted them all!

(No prizes for guessing who those users could be...)

Did you upload the videos to another site? I never got to see what they were.

Don't worry about downvotes. Youtube doesn't care. All it cares about is 'engagement'. Downvotes help as much as upvotes. The viewers engaged. That's all that matters.
