Hi good afternoon.

I am looking for a program with which I can create a BAT-file diskettes for the CPC6128 and can fill with programs and also read a disk to pack the programs from there into a folder on the PC.

I'm looking for a synonymous DSK format, which is greater about 300kb, etc. on which I can then set the CP / M files and can start.

I'm not sure what you want ... seems to be several questions in one ?

Reading/writing disks on a PC there is a lot of tools, i.e.: http://www.cpcwiki.eu/index.php/CPCDiskXP

Whats a "BAT-File diskette" ? There is not "BAT" on CPC ... if you mean something like "autostart" of cp/m programs while loading with |CPM look here: http://www.gaby.de/cpm/manuals/archive/cpm22htm/ch1.htm#Section_1.6.7

Disk formats > 300k :i.e. PARADOS or VORTEX http://www.cpcwiki.eu/index.php/VDOS
