Sound Digitizer - a type-in from the December 1986 issue (#15) of Amstrad Action. There are actually two type-ins; the program that POKEs the machine code into memory, and a sound sampler that saves and plays back samples, and allows samples to be saved and loaded. This is a screenshot of the sound sampler.
