Small German company founded in 1992 by Mike Behrendt, Birgit Reimers and Wolfgang Noisternig. It combined Behrendt's formerly in 1991 founded MB-Versand, the software trader Batsoft from Oldenburg, Germany, and two hardware specialists.

Distributor of software and trader of commercial and public domain software and hardware for CPC, C64 and Amiga. Also made hardware projects like building a CPC 464+ out of a GX4000.

Branches were in Cologne, Ratzeburg, Duisburg and Edewecht (all Germany).
