A memory expansion card by RAM7.

This expansion allows to expand the CPC to a maximum of 2Mb ram.

Possible configurations are: 256Kb, 512Kb, 1024Kb and 2048Kb.

Can use up to four SRAM chips (128K or 512K), or alternately two SIMMs (256K or 1M).

Unknown if the capacity is 256..2048 Kbit, or 256..2048Kbyte? Both doesn't make too much sense...

  • KBit would be nonsense (256Kbit would be only 32Kbyte).
  • Kbyte wouldn't be Dk'tronics compatible (which can handle max 512Kbyte)

Possibly, it is 2Mbyte, and the first 512Kbyte are accessed in Dk'tronics-style fashion, and the remaining 1.5MByte are accessed in unknown fashion?
