Programm, das defekte Sektoren als Datei belegt

Hallo Leute!

Ich kann mich dunkel erinnern, dass es in irgendeiner Zeitschrift - ich tippe mal  auf CPCAI - ein Programm gab, das Disketten auf defekte Sektoren prüft und diese dann belegt, indem sie eine Zuweisung zur einer Datei macht.

Eine Reorganisation wäre dann nicht mehr möglich, aber man kann zumindest den restlichen Teil einer Diskette nutzen. Da die meisten ja schon ziemlich alt sind, nehme ich an, dass ein Teil meiner Disketten, die ich gerade durchforsten möchte, auch nicht mehr richtig funktioniert.

Hat jemand eine Ahnung, wie das Programm heißt, und in welcher Zeitschrift, es zu finden ist?

Irgend wo auf einer CP/M disc, hab leider grad keine da, aber es sollte zu finden sein.

Ein .LBR ist ein Library, also so etwas wie ZIP oder RAR, Entpacker nötig, aber NULU.COM zum entpacken hat ja wohl jeder :-)

Nur, nachdem Du den Namen erwähnt hattest. Ich hab dann dort geschaut, wo du auch die BD04.LBR verlinkt hattest.
Nach etlichen Klicks hatte ich es dann gefunden.
Weitere Stunden später hab ich begriffen, wie man damit eine .LBR Datei entpackt  :-X

Na super! Da hast Du doch gleich was neues gelernet. Und Utilities wie NULU oder NSWEEP sind hald einfach total geil! Wenn man sich allen mit -H  oder H mal die ganzen Funktionen auflisten lässt. Da wird M$DOOF nur blass dagegen ;-)

Ist aber sehr frustrierend, wenn 5 Dateien in einer LBR sind, und NULU sich weigert, Datei 1 zu entpacken!
Dann kratzt Dir erstmal an Kopp, machst n Dummes Gesicht und nen guten Eindruck...
Bist Du dann nach zigtausend Versuchen rausgefunden hast, dass man die nicht entpackbare Datei überspringen kann...
Die Bedienung von NULU ist wirklich unausstehlich toll geworden...
