Apologies if this has been asked before, but is there a EPROM image for a 6128 plus cartridge thats has PARADOS installed along with BASIC?

No, it's available online I think.
You will find a CPR file with The Amstrad Firmware v4, BASIC v1.40 and ParaDOS v1.1 at the end of this post (it works fine with WinAPE). You can also try to make your own CPR file with this on-line tool (http://www.grimware.org/tools/cpr.builder.php) (note that it wasn't heavily tested yet and may have bugs :).

I boot mine using a GX4000 cart... no bugs to report here. In fact it's my favourite bit of techy Amstrad software, enables me to copy nearly every type of format.
