Gx4000 no power

Hi all,

I switched on my gx4000 today and all good. I turned it off moved it to another room and nothing, it dosent power on now. I didn't read the sticker on the power supply that said something like plug it into the console before you switch it on or something.

I opened it up to test the voltage ragulator (without the plug in) and I get nothing

Any ideas
