Hello follow CPCers.

I have now managed to 3D print my CPC DESK128.
While nothing has been connected to get it working.
It give you a fair idea of what is coming down the line.
See attached images for inspiration.
I am in the process of getting a PS/2 Keyboard working with a PS/2 mouse (sorry for out of focus pix as camera focuses on the KB rather than the interface)
The keyboard also has the potential for a USB 1.0 / 1.2 device.
Cards in development are:
  • ROM Board with 2 MB RAM (Battery backed for semi-retention after switch off) - Semi working right now.
  • RAM Expansion (with a maximum of 64 MB)
  • HD/CF interface (2 X IDE and 1 CF)
  • Video Card (Max resolution 1280 x 800 x 1bit colour)
  • Diagnostics Board (has own display to show code if display is faulty)
  • SPI interface with 4 Ports
  • Audio Card
Lets see what happens next.

The CAD software is FreeCAD and the file and can post it here or will look to something like Printables or Thingiverse.

Oh and the case can support the original Colour Monitor.
