In this case, like the OPL2LPT, OPL3LPT, etc..., it's using an AY as a sound card on the PC using the printer port, not on Amstrad CPC : imagine composing CPC music with Arkos Tracker and playing it without sound emulation but with the real sound chip.
Anyway, on the wiki there are several solutions listed to transform the 7bit printer port of the CPC to a 8bit one.
Just a few days ago, I received a homemade OPL2LPT card that a good friend made for me:

With msdos works fine, I also have the Willy adapter from @PulkoMandy (https://www.cpcwiki.eu/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=26) , I have tried to test it in the CPC, but if I give power to the OPL2PLT card, the CPC does not power on, I think it is one of the buses or something like that.
