Hi All

Seasons Greetings

Does AMSDos and PARADos have Checksums ?
I am trying to put Parados in Slot 7 using a MegaFlash Plus SX and i am not winning (At the moment)
I have tried Version 1 of Parados so far.

Any help would be appreciated.

As far as I understand, the MegaFlash SX can't use ROM 7 in the normal way like the original MegaFlash did (ie: replace AMSDOS externally on CPCs that allow this = 464 and Plus machines). On the MegaFlash Plus SX, slot 7 is used to replace the LowerROM instead of replacing ROM 7.

Checksums are there for VaraDOS and inho also Amsdos and Parados iirc.

BUT The MF-SX uses slot 7 for a lower ROM!!!

So put Parados at ROM position 6! This will work.

EDIT: Bryce alreay told it all! :laugh:
