Today I repaired a Benq G2222HDH monitor and tried it out on 15khz it works!
I tried it out on my Sega Terradrive, looks good.
It has a vga input and also an hdmi input.
All it needed was a POWER TOP258PN chip US$1 and a fuse. A cheap screen.
;D
Tried uploading photos but jpg and png evidently fail security checks now. WTF?
Your attachment has failed security checks and cannot be uploaded. Please consult the forum administrator.
I don't like to complain but I always have problems uploading to this forum and when it fails you lose everything you typed, unless you save by cutting and pasting somewhere else just in case it bombs.
OOps! Don't mention the word BOMB! :D
I will upload photo proof when I am allowed to by the administrator.
Until that happens https://www.cnet.com/products/benq-g2222hdh-lcd-monitor-21-5/specs/ (https://www.cnet.com/products/benq-g2222hdh-lcd-monitor-21-5/specs/)
When that happens I find that if you open and resave the jpg/png with a different program the problem goes away.
Bryce.
But I was using Adobe Photoshop Elements :P
That means I will have to go back to MS Office photo editor :'(
Try IrfanView.
It's free, fast and good.
Fixed them on my android tablet.
Thanks for the tip Bryce.
I will lodge a formal complaint to Adobe about this.[emoji6]

Yup, I use Irfanview to convert them too. From what I remember, GIMP created jpg's cause the same error.

I am using a Linetech LF1912HD01 here. It is a TV with SCART, VGA, and HDMI. The VGA will accept not only 15kHz, but even 18kHz from an Hercules graphics card. Very nice as it is not easy to find compatible displays for that.
