That sounds fishy. I am not aware that there's enough information available to build a C4CPC from scratch.

When you rate the seller make sure to include photos/screenshots of the letter (without address) and the original offer. He probably lies when he responds to bad ratings and it's likely he tries to blame you. With photos this won't be possible and it's a better warning for others. 

Sorry for originally posting it. Until now he seemed nuts but at least he didn't try to scam anyone.

A curious case. It's unlikely for any ebay seller with a good reputation score to commit suicide by trying such a stupid scam. I don't get any of this at all.

Also because its only offered in USA.. importing it into other regions, you get slapped with customs fees, import taxes, on top of the cost of the Backbit cartridge, the adapter and the courier costs.. it adds up... also, I don't see if backbit pro sellers use EU's IOSS which could lower some of those customs fees and import taxes, I guess I'll inquire them about it.
