I'm very curious to know how he was able to stock so much quantity and sell them just now.

He's a thief, a scammer... 

I ordered a C4CPC very early this morning, when the price was still 75 euros. The delivery of the item is intended for all of Europe.
The seller quickly validated and confirmed my order!
I also received an order notice from eBay by mail.

For information, my delivery address is OK, I have lived in the same place for 15 years... 

And 30 minutes later, my order is cancelled for the reason "incorrect delivery address !!".
And the price has gone up to 200 euros!

He does not respond to messages...

RUN AWAY!!!

He only marked it as shipped. No tracking noumber. Shipment was 6,19€, I guess he send it in an envelope...

I don't understand why he cancel... He lives in Germany, I live in France.

He had put 25 euros for shipping... 
Even if I was ready to pay this delivery rate (given the rarity of a C4CPC), he was not losing out... It was expensive to pay for the transport !

He is doing that with all his stuff that he changes the price between bargain and crazy. Recently he had a DDI1 that changed between 50 and 150€ every day. This particular offer had at least 3 different prices: 60€,75€ and 200€.
