If anyone has a working VIDI and wishes to sell it I'm offering £75 + postage.

I have one I would offer you, but it has a German manual and I haven't tested it yet...
Schneider CPC 664 • X-MEM • Vortex F1-X Drive • CTM 644 • DMP 2160
Schneider CPC 6128 • Z-MEM • M4 Board • MultiPlay + Amiga Mouse • OSSC

Poliander,

Would you by anychance have an Original Amstard CPC464/6128 RS232 interface for sale? (not the later Amstrad / Pace design).

Hi @Poliander ,

I'm definitely interested but I have a few questions:

1. What is the condition of the case?
2. Have you opened it and checked the general condition of the components?
3. Do you have any other info on it?

As to the manual I have the software on ROM and disc here so that shouldn't be too much of a problem.
Also when you get the time could you look thru the manual to see if there is any mention of alterations to the original hardware specific to the German market.

Thanks,

Peter

I assume it is not a German version but just with an additional manual in German language. Condition matches its age, it is complete (disk, two manuals GER+ENG, hardware, composite cable). I just opened the case and made a picture here.

Well aside from a missing plastic control (bottom left of picture) it looks complete. So I'll take it and hopefully in a few week I'll be able to record its output for YT. I'll PM you shortly :)

The Equalizor

My mate Simon Green also has one, so if this falls through, let me know and I'll put you in touch with him.

Rob
