Title: Source for RAM ICs
Post by: llopis on 14:45, 17 June 18
Does anyone have a good source of replacement RAM chips for the CPC?

I found this one in Ebay, but I'm not 100% sure that they are compatible:

If they are, is any of the 3 models better than the others?

For originality I'd choose the Mitsubishi 4164's as these are what the original Amstrads used. From a performance point of view they are all the same for a CPC.

Bryce.
