I recently received my Sidekick64 and I love it, it "emulates" various cartridges, ram expansions, SID emulation and other things in one cart. And it's very cheap (20€ for the Pi 3A+ and 15€ for the already soldered PCB)

Would someone like that be possible for CPC as well ? Is there even enough interest in something like this for our fav computer :) ?

Got something of the sort for my ST though not as versatile. Awesome little thing!!

I didn't know about the sidekick 64.  Its great to see and yet another confirmation that a pi can replace actual hardware on a system. My other threads have so far unsuccessfully attracted someone to make me the hardware (my design which of course may not be the best or a working design) which is yet to be proven.  ZX spectrum has something, C64 has something and Amiga has something but even trying to pay a knowledgeable hardware person or company so far has failed to even have my prototype created...

People tend to work on their own designs I would think...
