Video 1
A French sound utility by ESAT software adapted for the English speaking market and sold by Siren Software.
This particular program, though not shown in the main menu, was included on the Ultra Sound disc released by Siren Software.
It seemed apt that the first file it should display/speak in 32 years is the text instructions for the main Ultra Sound program.

The Amstrad SSA-1 (SP0256-AL2) should be more representative / retro-authentic of CPC Speech Synthesizers IMHO... for the C64, you would use Magic Voice, and not Currah Speech for example...

Excellent! You made a lot of Roger Waters fans very happy with that :-))) After "Hello I am Billy" there needs to be a longer pause though ;-) But that is REALLY REALLY close to Radio K.A.O.S Radio Waves!!
Anybody of you UK guys - can you get Roger Waters on the channel and make him comment on that, please??

A couple of fan sites state the voice was produced using a BBC master computer and "Speech!" (also available for the CPC) by Superior Software.

Video 5
Fifth and final video - the Ultra Sound sound effects generator.
Ahh! Listen to the nostalgia - I'm sure some of these sounds are identical to those from various games.
