THE communication program for the Amstrad CPC.
ANSI emulation from 1991.
In the 90's I knew this as ANSITERM but the correct name is BBS Terminal V5.04.
Whatever the name, this made the previous CPM Comm's programs I had been using look like dinosaurs.
In ease of use and speed of execution nothing came close to it on the CPC and it compared favourably with
the PC Comm's programs that I used at that time in the office. Simply Superb.

My own review (1997?) of the program from ISSUE 3 OF EuroWACCI (.DSK file) available here:

Not emulated - original hardware and software
Please note the aspect ratio for this YouTube video is 16:9 but the CPC monitor
has an aspect ratio of 4:3 so you may wish to adjust your viewing device accordingly.
And this short (1:24) video shows an ASCII file which was downloaded using the above program sometime in the early nineties.
Due to the high cost of phone calls in the 80's/90's (see the timer displayed in the program menu in the video above) the best option was to download this 19K file and then view it off-line using V5.04 or as shown here a CPC word processor. Having found some goodies you would then log back on to the Bulletin Board and quickly download the AMSDOS or CPM files that were of interest.
