Ah, back when just throwing text at you and asking questions was deemed to be enough to call it Educational Software :D

I like how a University address is given - I wonder if the uni was behind it indeed or just some prof working out of his office on the program...

(by the way, copyright says 1988, not 1986)

Which is exactly >50% of my companies "E-Learnings" and "WBT" seem to be now. Okay, they use more slides nowadays ...

Indeed!
In the local Council here top up modules via computer replaced many of the class based courses years ago. Endless slides of (generic) happy smiling colleagues and customers with subject information and a Q & A session superimposed on top.  ???


However, these days, this type of learning may be the safer option......................
