We got this now:
https://www.cpcwiki.eu/index.php/Current_Sources_Of_Software

Great idea! But for games only at the time.
Shall we add non-games software too?
http://futureos.de --> Get the revolutionary FutureOS (Update: 2023.11.30)
http://futureos.cpc-live.com/files/LambdaSpeak_RSX_by_TFM.zip --> Get the RSX-ROM for LambdaSpeak :-) (Updated: 2021.12.26)

Are there any physical releases for anything else but games?

Must if be physical? If yes, you can order Orgams and SymbOS on 3" disc and FutureOS on EPROM.

But why being so nitpicking? Wouldn't it be great to have a list of 'active any-kind-of-software producers'. I think so!  :) :) :)

I think it was the idea where you can buy software like in the old days including the nostalgic feeling of buying a real release. So a publisher/shop which makes a real transaction and you get shipped a physical copy with case/packaging, media (tape, disc, sd-card) and maybe a printed manual.

If Orgams, SymbOs and FutureOs qualifies for that: sure, they will fit on that page. However I think they would better fit into a new category like "Software in active development" - which would be great to have.

Yes, would be great to have.

I recommend adding non games there if they are physical releases. I didn't know there was any currently.  I also added NOS games that are currently available.  It may be a challenge to keep it up to date, so as I saw some games were no longer available recently I moved them down to a recently unavailable list so if they do get restocked we can move them up again.  Also others may still be interested in sourcing more recent titles that have recently become unavailable.

GUNHED

You can buy FutureOS on EPROM (4x 16 KB or 2x 32 KB). This includes the personal configuration and user-defined ROM-numbers of course. Price = Shipping + EPROMs.
However this service was not used during this millennium (if nobody was forgotten).
For being comprehensive you can add this piece of useless information if you want.  :laugh:
