dsktools 0.2.3 can write R-Type 128K

Hi Linux users,


after three and a half years I released a new version of dsktools with one small but important improvement. dskwrite now writes double sided DSK Images, so R-Type 128k can be written correctly to disc.


Expect further releases in the future as I want to get at least some special formats correct.
