Seems relatively close to Deluxe Paint in term of workflow.
I like the small panel showing a zoomed region.
BTW, the new native Paint program to use in 2020+ is @Ast (https://www.cpcwiki.eu/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=573) 's IMPdraw tool, have a look at it !
