Found this morning on a 3.5" disk and copied over to drive A to examine.
I assume the seven files with filetype ".MAX" are Maxam files and wonder if anyone could confirm that was the normal filetype?

Yes they are Maxam source code files and they're saved as ASCII. If you select the file and then select File -> Display, you should be able to view their contents - although you may not be able to understand it!

The program (Run VT!) is available on CPCRulez with the source code included, but unfortunately one of the source code files is corrupted. :(

Thanks for that Nich,

If I had known they were ASCII I would have incorporated them in the video

Do you happen to know the name of the corrupted file?

If so I might be able to find a backup copy.

Cheers,

Peter

The GENERAL.MAX file is corrupted on CPCRulez's disc image.
