Title: Getting rid of all my CPC software & hardware
Post by: ldaneels on 08:10, 24 May 18
Hi all,I have had it with Ebay, Paypal and all the scammers scouring Ebay these days!I have pulled all my auctions from Ebay & will not relist anything on Ebay. My Ebay handle is gbcpc & I have 100% positive rating over 15 years of Ebaying (and tens of thousands of transactions). What I'm offering at this point is selling all my games directly without supporting the Ebay & Paypal machines. If you are interested you will find the lists below, I have CPC tape, CPC disk & Amiga software, all originals, almost all complete with box & manual. Most software is in good shape. I also have a storage full of software, hardware,& magazines (full collections, typically) which are not listed, but that I want to clear.
I can sell the software one by one or as a lot (I have over 1000 originals...). Only serious offers, please, I am very well aware of rarities & prices as I've been trading CPC software for over 15 years. That does not mean I will jack all my prices up like so many sharks out there. As a matter of fact, I want to sell at reasonable to low prices, but not do a fire sale... In case of a huge lot, I can give a significant discount (to be negotiated on a case by case basis).
Now, I need to make clear that although they are all for sale, I do scan & dump all of them (the vast majority are already scanned & dumped) and I might need a bit of time to scan the stuff. If I sell the software one at a time, that takes almost no time, but if I sell a lot, it might take me some time, but we can discuss this when we cross that bridge.

Hi all, replies sent to Shaun M. Neary & VincentGR.I also realised I failed to mention that I live in France, which means the games will be shipped from there. As such, shipping to the UK is generally around 13€ tracked. Sadly, la Poste will not accept shipping untracked, so I don't have much choice in this matter. I might be able to sneak some small software (folder games & thin jewel cased games like Amsoft games, for example) in a letter, but I can't do much more than this I'm afraid.
That being said, should you take multiple items, I will not charge more for shipping, which might make it more worth it.
Anyone interested can contact me directly via PM through CPCWiki.Cheers,Loic

What forms of payment are you accepting?

Hi, I'm open to suggestions. Probably Paypal would be easiest as long as it's a payment between friends (I don't want to pay paypal fees & fund their business practices). Otherwise, Western Union, Transferwise, Postal order, or whatever else exists that can transfer money. I'm not picky as long as we can agree on something sensible.

How come I only see this now... Do you still have Elite (I understand no manuals but is it boxed?)

Speaking of seeing things a bit late... Sorry I didn't keep an eye on the thread but the previous month has been rough at best...
At any rate, Elite is already sold, sorry.
At the moment, I am in contact with someone to sell the entire tape games collection in one shot.
Anyone that could be interested in buying the lot can message me for an updated list (173 games + a few duplicates). Bear in mind I have only listed the tape games. I also have a lot of disk games, but I need to do things one at a time :)
