Some time ago I was considering buying one of those YUV to VGA converter cards for the Amstrad, but I backed off because I had to buy the cables, connectors,... solder them,....and  the price went up. In addition, the result did not seem very promising. I finally found a CTM 644 for a cheap price (it was before the pandemic)
And now, I just saw this on Ebay:
https://www.ebay.es/itm/265859866669?hash=item3de67ba02d:g:i1MAAOSwGcNjDhLJ
and in the photo the quality seems acceptable.
Is for olds monitors (SVGA or VGA) at 15kz

That's just a pinout converter, nothing more than a cable in PCB form. It doesn't manipulate the signal in any way, it just converts the CPC socket to a VGA socket.

This is just a simple, passive adapter. You will still need a compatible 15KHz VGA monitor. Not many are compatible and those that are, often don't have a great display quality. If you look for a small LCD it's simpler and less expensive to go for a used 15" LCD TV with SCART input and use the normal SCART cable.

Again, it is a (1€ DIY) scam. :-\

No cheats, snapshots or emulation. I play my games as they're intended to be played. What about you?

Bad times. He has already had to sell all his clothes, and now even the CPC is up for grabs.

Schneider CPC 6128 • Z-MEM • M4 Board • MultiPlay + Amiga Mouse • OSSC

Only the beauty of nudity can be compared with the elegance of an Amstrad.

Not my listing, but someone in North Shields, UK is selling a working 664 (with possible keyboard issue) and 6128. Currently a bargain.
