I have some doubt about the "New" state.
The PC-1640 has some yellowing that show it was under a monitor for some time in a sunny place.

Yes, I suspect they may have been display models, but they do look extremely unused and there's an aweful lot of the original packing etc. that a used device wouldn't have.
