Issues accessing cpcwiki in south korea

@Gryzor I'm on vacation here, and neither the https://cpcwiki.eu nor the forum works here. I get a 403 forbidden. Tried mobile data internet data and hotels' wifi. Out of curiosity I fired up a geo vpn and it immediately started working (that's how I am able to write this message). Unfortunately I only have an ipad and phone with me so I can't do serious http traffic inspection through a proxy.

Yeah, sorry about that, the block was part of our defense against Asian spiders effectively DDOSing our server. 

Can take a look and remove South Korea, if you're staying there for long and need it.
