Problem uploading different file types!

Hi Gryzor

First a big thanks to Gryzor for setting up this forum, its a very nice supplement to the Wiki!

Well I am still having problems uploading .pdf, .mp3 and .dsk files to the Wiki! I might be doing something wrong, but I dont know what? Can someone please confirm that the fileuploading is working?

Hello mate, that's certainly weird...

I just uploaded a pdf file (http://cpcwiki.eu/index.php/Image:DreamcastResetbutton.pdf), an mp3 file (
http://cpcwiki.eu/index.php/Image:Disk1_-_1.mp3). Dsk seems to be at false indeed, will check right away. What problems did you get exactly?

Yes i noticed ... strange indeed...

I try to upload a .mp3 file (160Kb), and then I get this message:

Upload warning:
The file is corrupt or has an incorrect extension. Please check the file and upload again.

Hmmm darn... just uploaded another mp3:
http://cpcwiki.eu/index.php/Image:Disk1_-_2.mp3 and it works! Did you try again after my previous post?

Maybe it only allows me because I'm an admin?? Dammit... will keep trying - documentation is really inadequate for this purpose...

Yes I know the docs are really slim for this purpose.. I am maintaining some wikis myself, and I have had similair problems.

Anyway I really hope this issue will be sorted, because it would increase the usability of the wonderfull cpcwiki!
