At the risk of being blasted for starting a new thread (because I couldn't find another  :D ), I just wondered what's happening with this Recent Posts area which is stuck on the top above the other Forum Sections? Would it be possible to allow the option of minimising that box so that it doesn't stand out all the time?
* Using the old Amstrad Languages :D   * with the Firmware :P
* I also like to problem solve code in BASIC :)   * And type-in Type-Ins! :D

This could go at the bottom of the page, I just use the "unread" button.

Gryzor

It was at the bottom, I decided to move it to the top so as to give the new posts more visibility; not everyone uses "Unread" (I do, btw), many people just browse the forum.

And yes, I'm looking how to make it so it can be minimised :)

Munchausen

I really like it there. To be honest I'd never noticed it existed before - now I use it all the time, and it's placement is IMO great  :)

Bryce

It used to be at the bottom, then it disappeared, now it's at the top? I don't mind it at the top, but the old reduced version (one line per new post) was better.

Bryce.

Gryzor

@Munchausen , thanks mate, glad you like and use it! I figured it'd be useful for some, and maybe spur more discussion...

@Bryce : good idea, I'll see what I can do!

Well guess that means I'm part of the "Many people just browse the forum" group, though the Replies Tab seems to be a good place to start cleaning up.  ;D
