When I do a search I only get exactly 30 results, e.g. when I search for

  • "demo": results from 2011 and before
  • "6128": results from 2010 and before.
  • Playcity: 30 hits, 2020 and before
  • RSX: 2016 and before
(advanced search, most recent first, match all words, no options selected)

If I check "topics subjects only", the results are different but also not correct. E.g. for "6128" I get now 4 pages with results, 2013 and older.

Seems something is broken there...

It's always been broken, but it's not something that we can change. I use Google with the Site option to find things in the forum.

Seriously??? I thought I used the search in the past and were able to find also recent stuff.

Ok, thanks... will use Google too then.

Unfortunately the search function was never great no matter how much I tweaked it... Looking forward to the next update!

Currently I do not get any results no matter what I put, but I see that it is normal, right?

Until recently it returned at least some results.

It is like it is - search will not work reliably. But maybe it would much better to disable the search and instead have a page that documents how to use Google. That would help to avoid misleading especially new users.
