Ok if people can't see it (does it happen everywhere?) and I can it may be a permissions issue...
It happily shows "viewed 14 times" for me on the attachment above, so whatever it is it isn't affecting everyone.

Same case for me, it works.
I can see "viewed 15 times" for the picture in this topic.
"viewed 18 times" now. I can see it.
I was wondering if it has to do with the date of registration and a change in configuration at a specific time but poulette73 registered after McArti0, and he can see it while McArti0 can't. There must be another reason.
Could still be a permissions issue, since some permissions are based on post count . Haven't had the chance to look into it yet...

might be, browser needs a cache flush...

So I tried with your account on my phone, the number appears normally. I'll also check it on my laptop later on.

Yeah, I don't know what to say. It's not a permissions issue, I didn't change anything on the system, the relevant database query runs fine (as long as I observed it at least), didn't change a thing on your account settings, so... I'm at a loss.
