Thanks, 2.0 Beta 2 is what I have installed. But it doesn't work for MODE 2. Give it a try, record a short video and you'll see the problem.

Ape is not the easiest emul to record for sure.
I use different codecs on win7 to win10.
The best codec out there is Techsmith's which can record 50fps with fantastic quality at ridiculous small size.
Well, doesn't work on my win10... but Cinepac and others do.

Thanks. I'll have a look at them one day. At the moment I'm just searching for an easy solution to record what happens on a CPC screen (in this case an emulator).

You can use the defaults from AMD/NVidia or:


Fastone Capture (can record specific region or window 25fps)
Bandicam           (same as the above but with 60fps)
Fraps
PlaysTV
